  For forty years, we have provided a 24 hour Parent Support Hotline. It is available to anyone within Alameda County in need of support and referrals to community resources. It is also the entry point for all Family Paths services
• 
  2-1-1 is a toll-free phone number that provides free and confidential information and referrals to callers from Alameda County. You have access to information on housing and health and social services by simply dialing 2-1-1 (or 888-866-9660). Call to speak with a live call specialist 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
