Therapy
We offer free and sliding-scale therapy for children and youth (ages 0-21), as well as for parents and caregivers in Alameda County. Our services support families facing stress, trauma, parenting challenges, and emotional health concerns by providing individual, play, family, and co-parenting therapy. We work to strengthen family relationships by building on strengths and facilitating communication in order to promote lasting healing. Services available based on eligibility. Early Childhood Mental Health
We help children ages 0–8 with their feelings and behaviors, and offer continuing support for families with kids up to age 21. Our goal is to help children feel safe, understood, and connected, while giving parents tools to support them. We can meet you at home, in the community, or at our office—wherever you feel most comfortable. Our team includes trained ECMH Specialists and Family Partners who work with your family to build strong relationships, support healthy growth, and guide you through tough times like stress, trauma, or big changes. Getting help early can make a big difference in how your child grows and feels.

Case Management
Our case management services provide families with one-on-one support, referrals to vital resources, and advocacy. We partner with parents and caregivers to face life’s challenges and build the stability, resilience, and confidence their families deserve.
Peer & Family Partners
Our Peer and Family Partners use their own lived experience to offer encouragement, advocacy, and meaningful connection. They support youth and caregivers who are navigating similar challenges—fostering hope, empowerment, and healing through shared understanding.
Skill-Building Group for Mothers
Finding Peace Within is a free, 10-week, trauma-informed group designed to support mothers in their healing journey. The group offers practical tools to reduce stress, increase emotional resilience, and cultivate calm in daily life. Open to mothers of all backgrounds. TRANSLATION SERVICES AVAILABLE
Most of our services are offered in English and Spanish. To support clients for whom English is not their primary language, clinicians can easily access a translation service via the phone 24-hours per day, 7 days per week. The Language Line provides translation in over 400 languages.
