Therapy

We offer free and sliding-scale therapy for children and youth (ages 0-21), as well as for parents and caregivers in Alameda County. Our services support families facing stress, trauma, parenting challenges, and emotional health concerns by providing individual, play, family, and co-parenting therapy. We work to strengthen family relationships by building on strengths and facilitating communication in order to promote lasting healing. Services available based on eligibility.  Call us at 800-829-3777 to learn more.

Early Childhood Mental Health

We help children ages 0–8 with their feelings and behaviors, and offer continuing support for families with kids up to age 21. Our goal is to help children feel safe, understood, and connected, while giving parents tools to support them. We can meet you at home, in the community, or at our office—wherever you feel most comfortable. Our team includes trained ECMH Specialists and Family Partners who work with your family to build strong relationships, support healthy growth, and guide you through tough times like stress, trauma, or big changes. Getting help early can make a big difference in how your child grows and feels.
