Join us in celebrating Aisha Wilson, our new Family Support Manager!

Family Paths is nothing without the people who help people every day, and today we are proud to recognize growth within our team of superheroes.

You may have meet Aisha before -- after all, she's been with Family Paths since 2022! She previously worked as our Foster Parent Community Advocate. In this role, she was the heartbeat of our 24-hour Foster Parent Advice Line to support foster parents and kinship caregivers who needed immediate, tailored support.

In that role, she helped countless families and caregivers navigate the complexities of the foster care system, advocated for families dealing with probate court and legal guardianship issues, and connecting members of our community to much needed resources.

She didn't just answer calls; Aisha was solving real problems for our neighbors and friends. With years of a proven track record of making lives better, Aisha's promotion was a natural next step!

As Family Support Manager, Aisha will help guide the bigger picture of how we can support the families that come to us for help. As part of her role, she will help oversee a newly-formed team of peer specialists to have a greater impact than ever before.
